A reminder that all raffle tickets to be entered into the "Best Kept Raffle Ticket" Awards should be submitted to Mr D this week.  3 Italian Explorers have already submitted their entry.  Judging and prizes will follow at a reunion meeting (over the next couple of weeks).

In addition, please bring photographs into Mr D (preferably this week, bring digital media eg SD Card - do not send by email).  This will allow the creation of the monster collage (and hopefully(!) DVD) over the summer holidays.

Any pupils with a blank should go along to see Mr Taylor in the Guidance corridor (management meeting room) once registered as they are priority.
Pupils that want to change their choices should report to the class on their timetable to be registered, and then go to see Mr Taylor in the management meeting room as follows:

New S5 – during P1
New S6 –  during P2
New S3 – during P3

All pupils need to see Mr Taylor before the end of P5, he is teaching P6, please don’t let pupils out to see him then.
If Mr Taylor cannot resolve the swaps or blanks he will send the pupil to their Guidance teacher (all are free P1-4 to speak to pupils).
Pupils will get a new timetable there and then if the changes can be accommodated and should return to class.
Please pass on the timetables to their new reg tutor (shown on the timetable for Tuesday morning) who should keep them until Thursday for any absent pupils and then return them to the House Guidance teacher please to follow up.
We are trying to keep the traffic down to a minimum so pupils are out of class for the least time and are not wandering around the school.  Please make it clear to pupils that they must register at their class before coming down to see Mr Taylor.
