ECO-COMMITTEE MEETING

The ever popular ECO-COMMITTEE is starting up again for the 2018-2019 academic session! This is your chance to be involved in one of Knox Academy's BEST committees, and we're looking to be even bigger and better this year! If you want to get involved in initiatives aimed at making Knox more eco-friendly, if you want to improve the eco-memes from previous years, if you want to have an excellent time working with students and staff, and let's face it, if you're in S6 and need to boost your UCAS application, then the ECO-COMMITTEE is for you!

Our first meeting will be on Tuesday 21 August during lunch time in Miss Laudi's room (T1.2). We'll start at 1:15ish and you're welcome to bring your lunch along with you. But most importantly, bring your enthusiasm and innovative ideas! See you there!

S1/ S2 and U15 Monday and Wednesdays at Knox Academy 4.00 - 5.30PM

U16 Tuesday and Thursdays at HRFC Rugby Club 4.15- 5.30PM

U18 Tuesday and Thursday at HRFC Rugby Club 5.45 - 6.45 PM

All welcome.

S6 CORE CLASSES PERIOD 3 TODAY

All S6 pupils should attend their Core class Period 3 today. If you have not chosen an option or wish to change your option, please see Mr Flood during Period 1 or Period 2. His new office is the old Business Education Staff Base next to M.11.

Pupils who opted for Formula 1 should see Mr Flood.

ALL PUPILS: STRING PLAYERS - MEETING

All violin, viola and cello pupils  in years’ S1-S6, who have lessons with Mrs Smith or Miss Turbayne,  please come to a meeting in  the Music Department today, Wednesday 15 August 2018, at morning interval.

Please attend whether you are continuing with lessons or not.

The Knox Academy Volunteer Fayre is fast approaching, however, we are keen to get as many organisations involved as we can. Any pupil who currently volunteers with an organisation who you think would be willing to be involved please speak to Miss McBride in order to pass on their details.
