Thank-you to the vast majority of Italian Explorers who attended our meeting today - for the few who didn't, they must ensure that they speak with Mrs Ball before she finds you first!  Everyone at the meeting received 3 documents: PC1 Consent Form, EHIC and Group Passport information.  These should be actioned as indicated and returned to Mr Wren.  In addition an important raffle ticket was issued to everyone which should be kept safe and in immaculate condition until our educational adventures (and return to school).  Please see Mr D if you did not receive this raffle ticket by the end of this week.

Could ALL pupils who came along for the Airfix Models please come to M7 today (Monday 31st) at 1.30pm.  We need to match names to models!  Also could those who took their models home please make sure you bring back the completed models by Thursday 3rd November.  We still have some that need their final finishing touches, please come to M7 any lunchtime this week to finish them.  The company that provided the kits will be collecting your models at the end of the week.  Many thanks.

Should any individuals have difficulty meeting this deadline it is important that we are made aware as soon as possible, as some flexibility can be granted in certain situations.

Thank-you to all individuals who put their name forward to join the Italian Excursion in 2017.  90 individuals expressed an interest; however unfortunately places are limited.  The Italy Staff Team would have loved to have been able to take everybody; and it is difficult seeing the disappointment that some students will inevitably face.

The list of those offered a place as an Italian Explorer 2017 was published today (Wednesday) as of 4 pm.  This is available in the Maths and Business Education corridors, outside the Medical Room and at the front of the school.

Individuals (50) are invited to attend a meeting in M.12 on Thursday 13 October 2016 at break where detailed documentation will be issued.  There is a quick turnaround of paperwork required and for this we apologise.  Individuals on the Reserve List are also more than welcome to attend at this stage for information, in the event that places become available.
