We are now safely in La Ceiba on the Caribbean coast. Since our last message in Copan Ruins we have travelled to the town of Gracias and now to here in La Ceiba. We spent three days in Gracias in a very nice hostel. While in Gracias we went to the hotsprings that were close to the town. We all thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing day there. After the hotsprings we also went on a walk through the areas national park. The walk was around four hours and at the end we got a nice view of a large waterfall and also got to see an abundance of plant and wild life. The other team were also staying in the same hostel as us in Gracias so we got to spend a few evenings with them to catch up on what they have been doing as well.

Today we are going to a service at the local church and from there going to the Helping Honduras Kids orphanage where we will meet the children we will be helping over the next week.

We will try and update you again when we get to Roatan.
