Any S2 or S3 pupil who is trying to organise an event for Activities Week should ensure that they have the names of at least 10 interested pupils from either year. If they have such a list they should then approach a member of staff by the end of the day on Wednesday at the latest to ask if they will agree to oversee their activity.
