S1 NATIVITY SCENES - INCLUDING VIDEO

The S1 RMPS classes were given the homework task of designing a Nativity scene in a style of their choosing.  The entries were impressive showing creativity and imagination.  It was very difficult for our judges to decide between fabulous baked creations, lego, drawings, wonderful models, a bag, a tapestry and even a marshmallow version.  Thanks to Jennifer MacRae from St Mary’s Church, Mrs Ingham, our Head Teacher and Ms Johnston from the Art Department who finally managed to settled on four winners.  Well done to the following pupils for their fabulous efforts.

In First place congratulations to Murron Bland (1L1) who put a huge amount of time and effort into creating an amazing Nativity movie which you can see on the website.  Her video can be viewed below.

In second place well done to Sarah Greenwell (1L1) who worked so hard to produce a model of the Nativity scene made out of pegs and it even lit up!

In third place congrats to Mollie Hastie (1L1) who produced a beautiful bag with the Nativity characters carefully sewn on.
Amy Mill Irving (1T1) gets a special mention for producing a lovely Nativity tapestry.

Well done to the winners, but also to every pupil who took part.  It was brilliant to see such a lovely display of talent.
