A letter will be distributed tomorrow at registration which concerns sharing data with NHS Lothian.  The letter can be downloaded here.  

Please return the tear-off slip to your child's registration teacher IF YOU DO NOT WISH data to be share for the purposes of planning immunisations, dental checks and vision screening.
