Front of House Staff:

We currently have full time/part time roles available for Front of House Staff at the Mercat Bar and Grill in Whitecraig, East Lothian.

We require experienced staff who are able to work weekends and able to work a flexible work pattern. Duties will include both meeting and greeting customers on arrival, seating guests, taking orders and delivering food and drink to the customer. Rate of pay will depend on experience.

Kitchen Staff:

We require experienced staff who have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to work under pressure. Must be able to use initative. Full Time/Part Time positions available - must be flexible and able to work weekends.

Duties will include but are not limited to: Collecting and washing pots/pans used for cooking, Cleaning preparation areas and equipment, Collecting and cleaning crockery and cutlery and mopping spillage
