We're looking for a dynamic individual with good customer care skills and innovative ideas.  You should be organised, responsive and have managerial skills to lead a team of café assistants to provide a first class service for our customers.  You will be required to use your own initiative to identify opportunities to maximise income and be competitive with other local cafes and fast food outlets.

Relevant Qualifications
There are no formal essential qualifications required for this post but applicants must be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through relevant experience.
