• Support for people who want to brush up their skills or need support with other learning (eg College or vocational training)
• An informal meeting with every learner to identify their needs
• Support in a small friendly group or 1:1 work with a tutor
• Support for people who are dyslexic
• Support for people with learning disability
• Support with SVQs
• Lip reading courses for the hard of hearing
• Pre-entry, on course and pre-exit guidance
• Training for volunteer tutors.
