Pathways to the Professions provides advice and guidance to local state school students interested in applying for Medicine, Law, Veterinary Medicine or Architecture. The scheme provides a lot of opportunites to gain experience and boost your personal statement. Pupils can register with the scheme from fourth year upwards. Medic Insight is an exciting opportunity open to pupils currently in S5 and who are planning to apply for medicine in their sixth year. The course lasts for a week in June and is hosted by junior doctors from Edinburgh University. Applications for the Edinburgh experience are open from Monday 17th February for a week.
